RETURNS
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at
nitashadeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Please note:
- Items must be in original condition
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color? Reach out to us—we’re happy to help you with an exchange if the item is in stock.
FINAL SALE
All sale items and swimwear are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
